1.1. Welcome to Par Patrol Golf, located at 24600 Sandhill Blvd. Punta Gorda, FL 33983. These terms and conditions govern your use of our golf simulator services.

2.1. Par Patrol Golf provides golf simulator services for recreational purposes.
2.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

3. Booking and Payment
3.1. To use our golf simulator, you must book a session through our website, app, or in-person.
3.2. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards, and also supports mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Afterpay. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International)
3.3. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the booked session may incur a cancellation fee. (see cancellation policy page)

4. Age Restriction
4.1. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian.

5. Conduct
5.1. Users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner.
5.2. Any damage to the golf simulator equipment or premises due to negligence or inappropriate behavior will be the responsibility of the user.

6. Safety
6.1. Users must follow all safety guidelines provided by Par Patrol Golf.
6.2. Par Patrol Golf is not liable for any injuries sustained while using our golf simulator.

7. Equipment Use
7.1. Users are responsible for using the equipment properly and reporting any malfunctions immediately.
